ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The primary purpose of this role is to acquire new Non-Resident Indian (NRI) business through open market channels and assigned branches while cross-selling a range of other banking products to maximize revenue and customer sa
  • Identify and acquire new NRI customers through various channels, including open market initiatives and designated branches.
  • Develop strategies to attract potential NRI customers and convert leads into active clients
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of the bank’s products, processes, and services.
  • Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills to calculate returns, yields, EMIs, and other product-related financial metrics for customers.
  • Ensure adherence to bank policies and guidelines, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
  • Build and nurture personal relationships with clients through calls, emails, and social interactions
  • Develop and expand existing NRI customer relationships across various banking products, including liabilities and third-party products.
  • Liaise with the product management team, marketing, and other departments to enhance services and initiate new sales strategies.
  • Cross-sell a range of banking products, including third-party offerings, to existing NRI customers.
  • Collaborate with other business units to generate cross-referrals and ensure customers have seamless access to all bank products.
  • Drive revenue and performance goals for the NRI channel.
  • Develop databases for lead generation and identify key market segments.
  • Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events targeting both prospective and existing clients.
  • Function as a key member of the NR Champions team, contributing to overall performance and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer service enhancements.
  • Drive RAR (Relationship-Account-Retention) contests through focused branches.
