Develop and implement strategies at Regional/Partner levels to deliver channel objective
• Drive the right product mix delivery to ensure the profitability of new business.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Lead operating plan discussions with Regional Business leaders
• Heading team of cluster heads, Branch Managers & large team of FLS, trainers & support teams
• Period reviews with cluster manager’s on all business matrices for timely identification of gaps & take steps
to ensure set business objectives are met.
• Responsible for Regional Sales Training/Strategy/Planning/RnR/ marketing initiatives across
clusters/branches
• Assure visibility & scalability of our line of products in the branches through regular interventions.
• Ensure operational effectiveness & control, workflow complaince with all regulatory requirements and
various TAT adherence
• Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends, products, and services to stay competitive and relevant
• Onboard new regional relationship to expand business and work on reviving existing relationships
• Ensure Talent attraction, retention & development & reduction in of cost of operations & manpower
• Drive a culture of recognition to motivate team members & accelerate revenue generation in the channel.
