Responsible for overall functioning of the region which would include collection, cost, process, quality etc.
- To deliver on the financial parameters of the organization.
- Should carry a go getter attitude and should get deep routed at the grass root level for achievement of the task assigned.
- Will be responsible for handling Team leaders, Tele callers or FOS based at vendor premises
- Previous collections experience is preferred
- Should have prior experience of vendor management
- Local location experience is preferred.
- People Management – will be responsible for management of bank staff & vendors as well
- Will support external vendors performance improvement
